TimeZoneLive is run by one person, so email is the only channel — but it is read and answered.
Typical response time is two to three business days.
Reporting an incorrect time
This is the most useful mail I get, and the one I act on fastest. Time zone rules change by government decision and a page can go stale before I notice. To make a report actionable, include:
- The page URL where you saw the wrong value
- What the page showed, and what it should have shown
- Your own location and local time when you loaded it
- A source for the correct rule, if you have one — a government announcement is ideal
Worth checking first: if every clock on the site looks shifted by the same amount, your device’s own system clock or time zone setting is the more likely culprit, since all times here are rendered from it.
Requesting a time zone or converter
If a zone or city pair you need is missing, tell me which one and roughly what you use it for. Requests that describe a real scheduling problem get prioritised over raw page-count requests — the goal is a site of pages that are each worth reading, not a page for every possible combination.
